The sun just came out here for the fist time in 4 days. It's been raining or drizzling for months, but I still manage to get out and walk my 3 miles or hike my two miles up the mt in between rain squalls. I am totally addicted to endorphins, and have been for years. It takes me what...........an hour, hour 1/2 out of my day? But I'm also retired, so I have the time. Even when I worked though, I exercised. Swimming was one of my favorites until I moved and am now 38 miles away from the nearest pool. Miss it a lot.
