Another suit against this short seller was recently filed. Here's the complaint by Cemtrex (CETX). sec.gov It would be much better if a company, such as Cemtrex, used a recognized audit firm rather than a company that has received a PCAOB disciplinary finding. pcaobus.org Note that Vuzix's independent auditors, although a small and relatively unknown firm, has received favorable reports from the PCAOB - something to consider when investing in these smaller capitalization companies. Nontheless, these short sellers can pick at the accounting policies much easier when the accounting firms are not well known (smaller firms).
