That's both false and irrelevant.

False because hate speech is free speech. There is no hate speech exception to the 1st amendment.

Irrelevant because were most of the speech under consideration isn't hate speech.

AFAIK, "hate speech" is allowable. One man's hate speech is another man's hobby.

Obscenity is a special category. A Nazi or White Supremacist is free to make their pitch to the public, IIRC.
