I am not inclined to wade through the myriad posts that have been posted since I posted last (moron 's version of alliteration), nor have I read the proxy statement or what have you in my packet. Regardless, I am going to assume that shareholders can nominate candidates for the board of directors. If that is accurate, I say we start a campaign to get our favorite "immigrant" on the board, none other than Mr. South-Meets-East himself, Tokyo "Joe TPRO" Mex! Anyone else with me? gggg Gotta figure at least the refreshments will be better. K
