Look at #5- so it could be 4 or it could be 5- and 4 is only a problem if it is the government doing the banning. The first amendment doesn't protect you from pissed off sponsors (reacting to a pissed off public).

    "Ban" is often used to refer to government action, such as passing a law or regulation against something.

    But you also can get banned from Facebook or SI, or banned from a store or other place of business all of which doesn't have to involve the government in any way.
