Stock market is different from real economy. For all the stocks way up there are more that are way down. 2005-06 seemed more a broad based market advance compared to 1998-99 and today feels more like late 1990's? Housing nationwide has very tight inventory outside Texas and very little overbuilding except high end and apartments. Thinking they ain't gonna let this collapse take the path of Canada and Australia instead until they can't contain raging commodity prices again like 2007 or when all our public debt overwhelms us first... Lots of malaise as a result till that collapse with too many millenials priced out of building equity when they should be all in by the time they are 40....
