Is there any way you can imagine an old man could commit murder against two homebreakers who attacked him? Seriously, how do you imagine that could happen? You must figure the old man woke up and thought, 'aha, there are two guys here, I think I'll kill them in cold blood. After I take the screwdriver one used to break in and stab him with it. They are no threat at all to me and my wife. But this is a perfect opportunity to murder a peaceful chap who's just doing his job breaking into homes'?

Gun store owner stopped crazy foreign student from making attack. Didn't just not sell to him, but followed him out and got his car license and reported him. syracuse.com
