Diet sodas or any so called diet drink is poison... sure, it may not contain refined sugar, BUT in contains all kinds of other indigestible chemicals which while formulated in a chemical factory designed to fool your taste buds it wreaks unmitigated havoc on your digestive and metabolic systems... it completely interferes with the normal metabolic functions, it makes it more difficult to control one's weight, it weakens your immune system and causes and aggravates numerous other medical issues...

With all due respect, to say the jury is still out on diet drinks is only kidding ourselves, it's like saying the jury is still out on whether or not arsenic really is not healthy to put in our drinks...

I used to drink lots of diet soda, I also weighed close to 300 pounds and couldn't understand why I couldn't lose any weight and taking so many meds and very diabetic, after all I was not drinking any sugar in my sodas...

i stopped completely, i now drink only water, nothing else, and plenty of it... I now lost 100 pounds and off my meds completely after I was able to detox my body from all those fake additive designed by chemical companies intent on tricking you into buying their fake foods and fake drinks...

I may sound harsh, but we first have to stop kidding ourselves into thinking it's okay to consume something just because it contains no sugar... my dog's poop also contains no sugar, but that doesn't mean it's okay to eat...

You are kidding yourself!

"The jury is still out on different artificial sweeteners"

No wonder so many remain sick.
