Thanks, I appreciate it... I was not at all trying to be confrontational in any way, I was merely responding to your two points in your post, in which you say:

1. The jury is still out on different artificial sweeteners, but risks of refined sugar are well known.

2. There's little doubt they are better than those laden with sugar.

I simply contend that both statement are false and the overwhelming evidence proves it far beyond any reasonable doubt...

1. Over the past 60 years of longitudinal studies under harsh scientific scrutiny, the evidence is overwhelming that artificial sweeteners are just as bad if not actually worse than refined sugar... and the only ones who tell you the jury is still out are the companies that sell those fake drinks...

2. Artificial sweeteners are at least as bad as refined sugar and in many ways far worse, I listed only briefly what artificial sweeteners do to our system in my previous post...
