What I find absolutely genius is the guy who came up with the incredible idea that we should feed our cattle the foods they're supposed to eat in the first place, as if grass fed beef is some sort new modern innovation... Exactly right... on those cruises I do enjoy myself but I still keep it somewhat under control but largely because my taste for those things have changed over the years... actually, my tastes have changed significantly, for example I no longer eat any pasta dishes, I find it has no taste, pasta is just a carrier for the sauce, so why not just have a spoon or two of the sauce and call it a day... bread is another food I no longer find palatable... I have a list of things I used to eat regularly but no longer have any interest or taste for it today... GZ
