You can be sanctioned by having your job threatened, for refusing to use assigned pronouns, or for questing the validity of unconscious bias.

However untoward that may be, it's not a case for RFRA. No one is legislating morality--there's no legislation and it's not about morality. No one is being forced to violate his conscience. You're conflating two different paradigms.
