Restaurant meals are also usually too large.

Most of the time I'll have about half left and get a to go box.

I fully agree, if I have eggs for breakfast, I also have a cup of melon and a good handful of walnuts, and maybe some cream cheese or cheddar cheese if I feel really hungry... with that, two large cups of espresso and lots of water and I'm good for the much of the day...

Absolutely, this is a great forum, I'm so glad Josh started it, those who take their health and diet seriously will come here and share their ideas and experiences...
