Ajay, way to face some of the facts here and personally attack one of the naysayers. The stock is down to .03x.036. In your reading of the two new 8-k's, do you think that they could be new offerings and could dilute the shares? If you do, what do you see this doing to the stock price?

I will let you know what I think could happen. First, since the deb holders can convert at 65% of what the current stock price is, the lower the stock price the more shares they get. This is what I would do if I was in the situation to maximize my gain. I would first short about $100k - $200k worth of stock. This would of course lower the price. When I pushed the price down, I would ask for conversion of $100k of the debs. This would cover the previous shorts and maybe a little more. I would then start the whole process over again. In the end you could easily double your money in a short amount of time. What do you think?

No matter which way you look at it, these new debs are very bad news for current shareholders. That is of course if the new debs are indeed different from the one done in July. Which needless to say I think it is.

Eric

Why are you so against PI, OFW and anyone else that has the intelligence and fortitutde to step up to the base and tell it like it is regarding the "management of Oilex"? It would seem that you, like all investors, would be delighted there are people like PI, OFW, etc who have the time to devote to exposing "management" for exactly what they are - crooks!

Ajay, I find it very interesting that you never seem to post any facts or information. You claim to do your own due diligence but it never seems to produce any verifiable information. Why is that, Ajay? Could it be because you are nothing more than a "stooge" for those in control of Oilex and post material that they feed you? If not, you are living proof that P. T. Barnum was right: "There's one born every minute".

BTW, why don't you comment on my math concerning the $175,000 worth of convertible debentures that has been concluded? Doesn't fit your agenda, does it?

Like I said before, if you or your ilk ever agreed with anything I said, I would seriously have to re-examine my position.

Well, Ajay, you were right. My math was flawed. I forgot to add in the 10% commission ($17,500) for services paid to Heyett Capital Ltd.
