I think we can conclude that hurricanes aren't man made. We can't conclude that a tropical storm today doesn't pick up enuf energy to become a Cat 1, however. Given that CO2 has risen from 280->410 and temperatures have gone up 1.2 degrees since the start of the industrial revolution, can we conclude that you don't understand physics?
