ya hardly earth shattering but I guess better than hearing the decisions went the other way : )

I'd like to see this Schedule of Deadlines when it is made available.

Shoto, in this case, the more the delay of the inevitable ........ the greater the damages award. I doubt Moreau and all want this going on any longer than necessary when these rulings have spanked the GSLR administrators extremely hard in the early going.

The judge doesn't give two shits about their argument that Canada Carbons reports are not reliable because the company contracted the studies. The judge told them the reports stand and no other report is required through GSLR hires ............ basically calling them out as lunatics.

It's about as strong a rebuke as a judge could give in this circumstance.

Couldn't disagree more. GSLR Council figured if you skip due process and fair play that the courts would somehow side with them because after all "we are all Quebecers together". Well it appears the courts see it way differently and very soon GSLR residents will realize they elected a group of clowns who figured "to hell with due process" and did so knowing full well they could leave their residents liable.

Funny thing is all they had to do is meet with CCB a few times declare irreconcilable differences and then start the process and they may have won. But, deny due process and fair play and couple that with the LeGris way and you get sued! Thats the difference between running and RUINING a municipality. Sometimes, just sometimes its not all about you (council). You have to be seen as fair and concerned for rule of law.

LeGris proclaimed he knew a way to "Get this done" concerning the mine stoppage. When asked on facebook if he was NOT elected would he pass on the info, he said No!
CCB is slowly discovering why and how he orchestrated this and councilors should have asked blunt quetions, instead they turned a blind eye.

GSLR Council had to "feel the waters of the law" now they have been burnt, they will realize LeGris tactics don't work afterall. I would suspect that solidarity under the LeGris flag of "we can do what we want" is slowly dissolving ,watch who is thrown under the bus, as other councilors look for a way to jump ship.

Newbies and .155? Where do you come up with this crap?

When you breach a 200 day moving average on volume you meet resistance. We had resistance and overhead created because of the collapse, but we had volume lots of volume. A 25% increase in one day is a testament to people who now know we are not VSE claim jumpers but a company denied any part of the rule of law. Its either a huge payout or a permit, both are highly bettable items especially because of this rookie council who feels they are greater then Quebec and greater then the law.

Somehow I see this ruling not being published to SOSGSLR and the one sided GSLR facebook page as quickly as the favourable articles were. Above all else keep the impression for as long as possible that your council is competent and not rookie loose cannons, rule 1

People are now betting on the .23-25

This stll stands
Spec on court decision 17c
Positive court decision throwing out GSLR bylaws then 23c-25c
CPTAQ reopens file .27-29c
CPTAQ approves .32-36c
Submission to Enviro group for quarry .36c

These are peak price forecasts
