Your constitutional right to arm yourself is simply a law. Granted a powerful one but a law that can change tomorrow in a couple of ways. Likewise the situation that prevent care givers from sending you away should you show up sick or injured at the hospital door is a law. You keep arguing over nuances of definitions when the real world doesn't work like that Tim. In the real world there are guarantees you will not be dumped on the street to die - and if someone does that to you and you manage to live you will have a comfortable life ever after. .............If you want to argue that people should be dumped on the street should they not be able to pay - go for it!
