Cohen is just collateral damage. Digging through the enormous pile of sh!t tRump has produced will result in a lot of turds getting flushed. And, yes, when alerted to the big, floating turd that is Cohen, Rosenstein had no choice but to approve the raids, and assign them to the NY office so as not to distract Mueller from his main objective. MAGA!

A person familiar with the matter told NBC News that this was a court-authorized search, which means there was sufficient probable cause for a federal judge to agree that a search could occur without any advance notice to Michael Cohen.
