I think you do have a right to care.

By law we are provided lifesaving emergency care when available whether or not we can pay for it. That's not a constitutional right nor a natural right but a legal right. Beyond emergency care, some of us, those who are covered by various federal entitlement programs, are entitled to extensive health care from the federal government. State governments may or may not have additional provisions.

If your statement means that you think we should rather than do have a right to care, that's another matter.

I have a legal right to emergency treatment. Also its just the decent thing to do, but not in that situation I would not have a natural right to be treated, or to force anyone else to serve me.
