The problem with watching what certain brokerage houses are doing with stock is that you no longer are investing anymore, you're playing the ponies, betting which investment house has the most savvy. Clearly no one house wins all the time. Watching their moves is futile and will cost you money.

The probable cause of NT's decline today is because BCE lost a cellphone bid in Brazil worth 1 billion reas. NT is the equipment arm of BCE, so investor's bid up NT 1 point yesterday on expectation of BCE receiving this contract but wiped out gains today when they didn't get it.
