There is no client-attorney privilege if the investigators believe the client and attorney were involved in a crime together.

This raid was approved at very high levels, they had to have very compelling arguments.

You realize that attorney-client privilege isn't absolute? That to get the warrant, they had to show evidence to the judge granting the warrant of crime being committed by Cohen, perhaps assisting Trump? That it's a much higher bar than your standard warrant issue?

There is no attorney client privilege if a crime has been committed.

And you can bet they had to have proof of that to get that action from feds and OK from the judge.

You need to check your right wing clap trap before you post it.

I think it is an outrage. Attorney-client privilege has apparently now been deprecated by the courts.
