Good points on D and possible FERC ruling impacts. They just completed an equity offer at slightly higher prices (last week) so that may/could help new capital requirements. When reviewing the FERC ruling, my takeaway was this is/was in the courts a long time and could be appealed and/or modified. I think many of the MLP's over reacted (to the down side).

PSX has pipeline assets (not sure they are held as MLPs) and they benefited from that structure. I like D's exposure to the LNG marker, specifically their domestic export facility. Management was still positive on several years of future dividend growth. Position is small and was looking to increase total utility exposure. I own PPL (one of your ideas), D, SRE. Still like the idea of holding utilities in a rising interest rate environment.
