Good point on the SCG conversion. Did not even check that but I arrived at a possible $55.67/share price target if the market demand a 6% yield. I am looking to expand my utility holdings as in a rising interest rate environment, utilities have a better pricing power in their regulated environment.

I current own, D, PPL and SRE. Both PPL and D are recent Buys. I have owned SRE over 20 years. I will put SCG on the watch list and see if that may be a better way to do my next D purchase.

My total utility exposure is about a 5% portfolio position. SRE makes up 3.5%, D 1% and PPL 0.5%.
