Should ALSC take a $1.00 per share write down of inventory, they would lose approx $40 million in cash, obviously an impossibility since they only had $33 million in inventory on 9/30.

Your comments surprise me. It takes cash to build inventory. If you start writing inventory off you lose cash. Do you think ALSC's suppliers are simply shipping material in and not charging anymore?

Cheerleading the stock is fine. Real accounting analysis would be more valuable.
