We've known that for a while. Heck, I've posted here on that subject many, many times over the past couple of decades. The Oceanic Conveyor is an important part of how the climate is distributed. If it shuts down, which isn't impossible, Europe is going to be in trouble. And, no doubt there will be those Americans saying how that would be "proof" that global warming is a hoax. Completely missing the fact that global warming would be behind what happened.
