Given the choice between doing the smart thing, the strategic thing, and a primal scream, my preference is for the former.

I think America, in the aggregate deserved Trump, and actually needed Trump, to wake us the f*ck UP! Who runs things is important, important enough to make the effort to get up from the flat-screen, register and vote.

I'm hoping we'll see the beginning of that in 2018.
