Gary Korn,

I think this was discussed in one of my previous post. But any way, HVSF had received the notification that their patent application has been approved last year, around August I think. After that notification the company was to pay certain fees and wait until the patent documents are printed and a copy is mailed to the company. The cpmpany will know the patent number when they received this printed document. Also at the same time the patent information will become available on the website of US Patent Office.

The company has already paid the fees, and is waiting for the printing of the patent documents. The printing is done by the US Patent Office.
It is my understanding that printing should be happening soon. I am sure as soon as the company receives the patent number they will make it public. Then we can check out the patent at the US Patent Office or IBM website.

For all practical purposes they have the patent, but they do not know what number has been assigned to their patent yet.

I hope that this helps.
