I can't imagine them doing anything other than the $19.95 a month for unlimited use (unless prepay for less like others do, including AOL).

AT&T, MCI, and other national ISPs are all this price, as far as I know. To offer for less would really cut into the ISP's margins.

And there's still a bit of an unresolved issue before the FCC regarding minute-by-minute access fees.
