John, Intel's costs on these mobile Pentium is approx. $40/pc. The returned and cancelled 3 millions mobile Pentium has the ASP of $325. The returns and cancelled orders should be calculated as the deduction from the last quarter sales based on their ASP, not the manufacture costs. $325 x 3,000,000 = 975 million dollars deduction from sales! It hurts Intel earnings.
