Now you've got me thinking. At these levels, FGII could buy GIFI and UFAB with enough left over to pick up NORT. That would sure reduce the red on my screen every day. Talk it up!! :) Tom

Greenman -- You are TOO much!

Don't let the number of 125 million shares mean anything. That is authorized, not necessarily used. They can use this for future stock splits and other corporate purposes. This is not an uncommon occurance.

With that said...I do expect we will see something coming down the pike from FGII re a takeover, buy out or something like that. And I imagine they will use stock.

I just hope they wait until the price of the stock recovers first.

Looks like we are heading south boys.
