I don't know, maybe I make too much of it, but for me it was a show-stopper in an era where cyber security is among the greatest problems we face as a country. That's not the point. The point is you insisting on nefarious intent for something that could plausibly be chalked up to indifference or ignorance or incompetence or carelessness or laziness or prima-donna temperament or whatever. Not that any of those are excuses. But what you're doing is like calling something a lie when it's just a mistake or misunderstanding. That's neither constructive nor nice nor apt.
