You can file a motion to do anything it doesn't mean it will go anywhere. From what we have heard from one side (admittedly it may have no truth to it but it has never been denied by anyone) Mork does seem to have a claim against Zapara. Also concerning GIFS and SOLVX (from which I do not speak from a great knowledge base) didn't these basiclly turn out to be scams? If so then it speaks volumes of what these people have done. They have a track record of trying to inform people of the facts. I agree with you wholeheartedly PUGS in that they are trying to Rob you of your investment, do your own DD, do not trust anyone, you must be aware who these guys are and what their past is. But of course I am speaking of RMIL management.

Pugs,perhaps Tonto writes energy reports for the gov.,you better check it out. tonto.eia.doe.gov I smell a conspiracy. A he/she writing energy reports for the Gov. and stealing jewels on the side--this should definitely help management get this mess straightened out<ROFL!!!>..DD

Pugs man, you've had to appologize to Kugler, NASD, and the SEC already. Do you really want to go down this road again with tonto? I've got a hard drive full of WAACO forum and GIFS SAC e-mails that I periodically browse through to keep me focused on reality. tonto, in the GIFS case was the Lone Ranger who trimuphed through the lies and slander of the internet. If your e-mail buddy lost money, it wasn't tonto's fault. It was Mo at GIFS who ran a scam with the (alleged) help of Gayle Essary. There are too many on this thread who know the truth. You're better off appologizing now, dropping the issue, and moving on to the RMIL facts and not whether tonto is objective or not. Where would this thread really be without him and the facts and insights he has provided.
