If this story was true (and we know it's not because the SEC frowns on things like that), but if it were true, then it would be pretty safe to say that Mr. Sterns & Friends are very sure the IOM will do well enough this quarter that the stock will go higher and they can "hype it to their clients." Naww David, a repectable frim would never do something like that.
