I don’t think we will see dilution until the stock reaches $5.00. The real story is the company moving forward with some of the recent military contracts that have been given out to companies where AIRI makes parts for them. The biggest example of this is the recent contract with the Army and Sikorsky, a division of Lockheed Martin to make 257 Blackhawk helicopters. Total value of 5.2 Billion dollars. AIRI makes parts for the Blackhawks. Time frame of one year out or late 2018 or early 2019 this stock should be $10.00. Defense spending will pull all defense stocks up after a less than stellar past few years. The company has plenty of money after the sale of the metallurgical division. The CEO says the focus is on putting out the backlog work in a timely manner. With the backlog behind them they can focus on new business.

AIRI is also a potential takeover candidate. $8.00 per share value. The defense stocks will all have a good couple of years ahead with huge monetizing of our defense system.
