On the contrary, Obama proved that he was weak on foreign policy when he drew the "red line," then retreated from it. He left it to Vladdie Putin to resolve, and we all know how that turned out.

In fact, Obama's entire foreign policy was marked by an abundance of caution. Leading from his behind. Didn't do a damned thing other than give speeches.
