Michael Cohen’s visiting Prague would be a huge development in the Russia investigation

No it isn't.

It suggests that Cohen took over management of the relationship with Russia after campaign chairman Paul Manafort was fired from the campaign in August

No it doesn't. Its neither necessary not sufficent to establish any such claim. Cohen could take over any possible "relationship with Russia" (which itself hasn't been established) without going to Prague or he could go to Prague without taking over such a relationship, or he could go to Prague without their being such a relationship between the campaign and Russia.

And even if there was some significant relationship, and somehow going to Prague suggested Cohen did take it over, it would still be pretty meaningless. A relationship isn't illegal, and even a relationship to do something illegal (usually called conspiracy) would have to be proven not "suggested".

but it hinged on Cohen’s having traveled to Prague. If he was not in Prague, none of this happened. If he visited Prague?

If he was not in Prague he could have met with or otherwise communicated with any number of Russians, for legitimate or nefarious purposes or he could have done nothing of the sort. If he was in Prague the same thing applies.

At most his being in Prague shows one specific theory of some communication (that he met a number of Russians in Prague) isn't actually impossible.

But it doesn't prove it happened. And if it did happen that doesn't prove anything illegal.

And if it didn't happen, that wouldn't imply that there was no communication to these Russians or any others that you want to consider part of some nefarious plot.

Its not necessary for the theories of some sort of illegal conspiracy to be true, and more importantly its not even remotely proof of anything nefarious or illegal.

At most its a drop in the bucket, not something significant either way.

You say you're an attorney, so do tell us, is visiting Prague illegal?

If so, is there anywhere else that it is illegal to visit?

PS, I know that you never engage with me - strong wimmin probably scare you into hiding under your bed.
