Chris, I'm not familiar with Dito Devcar driving shares down - it would not be in their interest given their holdings, except if its a supply/demand issue when they try to sell. If such a scenario exists (I'm not saying that it does, just an if) amongst large holders, I think it would be in everyones interest to have a formal offering of selling shareholders - something that would involve an investment house - it would provide a lot of liquidity without a lot of volatility and would finally get analyst coverage. Given volatility in price, I'm beginning to look at Feb and March calls - this volatility works in 2 directions and I still anticipate the traditional run into earnings. Gary
