I had a tenant in my condo who heard noises. I told her to call Critter Control. They found a raccoon which had gotten in via an air vent outlet. She sent me pictures - cutest little thing. The rescue guy decided to keep it.

I wouldn't mess around with a racoon. Rabies, ticks, fleas, claws, diseases. Let us know how it goes with the trap. And what will you do with it when you catch it?
