Gee, Carol!! Thank you for the very sweet sentiments. I do try to answer all the posts I get unless they are from people who are invariably rude, crude AND uncultured (it's really pretty hard to get me upset), but that's probably because I am actually a very shy and private person, almost reclusive really, and I know that some people here are really reaching out for human contact and are NEEDY sometimes when they post, because I can imagine feeling that way, also. But I don't think sainthood is in order (unless writing horribly long and disjointed sentences qualifies) until this thread is once more a supportive and calm place, though! It is hard to please everyone, and anyway I am far from perfect, totally inept really!!! < : )

I am quite worried about you, and everyone in the very cold part of North America. Is there any chance that electicity will be knocked out in your neighborhood? I would say that you shouldn't mess with Mother Nature (since earth worship is my religion), and she is very angry at the moment!!! I have never understood the concept of God's wrath, since it destroys the good and the innocent and the beautiful with the bad. Sort of like chaos theory, another interesting way of looking at life.!

It was quite fun being forced away from SI. I have never had the time to get totally addicted, because I am juggling so many things (badly), and so fairly rapidly after I go away I have a feeling of peace, and remember how rich total 3D reality can be. I must surely be crazy, because when I am here too much I carry a lot of people around in my head, and when I cannot access SI they very quietly go away eventually, and I rediscover the vacuum cleaner, the library and just the vibrance of everyday life. In fact, I think the more one hangs out here, the more twisted it is possible to become, if you aren't extremely careful. Definitely there is a mental balance that is easily lost after long periods of cybereality.

Carol, I hope you are going to be okay there in the snow. Please keep in touch so we won't have to wonder if you are growing icicles on your typing fingers!!!!!!
