Absolutely, Rennie. AE reminds me of a deer caught at night in the headlights of a car. If you ever saw that in real time ( I have) they are frozen still and do not move. The end result is not pretty for the deer nor the car. While I was a fence sitter the thing that bothered me most was his unwillingness to talk, and his disregard for other people. There is no excuse for that. My big concern is financing. You cannot do much without money. But sure as "heck" your creditors are rubbing their hands drooling over the resource. In early days the financing kept the company in a position to avoid dilution. Those days are behind us. It is apparent the last attempt to raise money was not successful. In desperation what might be the terms for money he takes in the future? It is not going to be easy for either side but the CG has the connection. That is what is important. I have a little more talking to friends. I like the results that G. is getting.
