You said the buyer is WEDB. Am I correct in that WEDB is the firm Pickup works at.....hence Ditto Devcar. If this is true, it is a good sign that one of the largest holders of this stock is still buying more.

any idea how many shares Merrill, Fahnstock and Herzog
have left to sell? Must be a very big owner/owners liquidating
a position.
