They've all sworn an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution against all enemies; domestic, foreign, and domestic. That goes all the way down to the janitor or maintenance person in the sub-basement. None of them have sworn an oath to the president, whomever it might be. Rat swore the same oath when he started at the VA. Did I mention protecting the Constitution against domestic enemies?
