A few people on this board that have nothing good to say but can't find anything bad to say complain about the dumbest things. If the Miami office ISN'T OPEN YET and it goes under ANOTHER NAME, how could someone expect to see it in the yellow pages? We have been slowly dropping because nothing big has been happening. After some more promotion, the conference call, and any press releases..you will see the stock price jump. Remember, when down on low volume...BUY! JL

Dan, I have been watching this thread for 3 months now and finally decided to pay up so I could post. I have the following concerns: 1. How do we defend ourselves from Market Makers who undoubtly have access to huge amounts of cheap stock or are willing to short this stock in face of high probability of positive audit financials coming out shortly. Either they know something we don't or the price is being minipulated for other reasons. When the transactions were posted by someone, there were 10 to 1 buys, yet the price stayed the same. Something is wrong. Until we figure out how to beat these market makers ,it is totally redunant how good a company we have here. 2. Recently we have had some very negative posters. Prior to that posters were critical, but rational. I am aware that people are paid to post on these threads to either boost the stock or as I am now suggesting, tear it down. It would not suprise me if the people shorting this stock are not taking direct action to destroy confidence in it through this thread. Somewhat paranoid , but that is where I am. 3. Alexabder, Wescott told me yesterday that they were selling all they could at .31. They were doing this when there was no negative news , in fact there had just been the takeover announcement. Please guys and gals , do not let this Market maker issue go away. We need to do as much DD on how this works and are we , the little guy, going to get eaten alive by them or is there a way we can beat them at their own game.
