Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, used the same Delaware shell company to pay off two women over alleged affairs with his clients, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday night. It was through the company, Essential Consultants, that adult-film actress Stormy Daniels was paid $130,000 to keep quiet about an alleged 2006 affair with Trump, and the company also negotiated a non-disclosure agreement related to an affair by Republican fund-raiser Elliott Broidy, the Journal reported. On Friday, the Journal said a former Playboy model received a total payout of $1.6 million after claiming Broidy had gotten her pregnant. Broidy reportedly paid the company $250,000 in fees for the negotiations.

The Nobel in some categories has totally lost its meaning...

The Peace Price comes to mind. But not as much economics or the hard sciences.

Of course winning a Nobel and really deserving it, doesn't mean that somehow you should have what you say later be generally simply accepted.

And if you tried to do that with economics, well uncritically accepting Krugman while also uncritically accepting Hayek and/or Friedman would be rather difficult...
