Republicans would have investigated Clinton for her entire presidency because that's what they do. They did to Bill Clinton too. I suppose they'd eventually find one mistake or one lie after eight years but to get to that point they had to lie tens of thousands of times. When Clinton was First Lady they said she murdered Vince Foster. What was their evidence? There was none. So a special prosector was appointed and he said Foster committed suicide. The gop wasn't satisfied so they got a second SP and he said the same thing. They still weren't satisfied so they handed it to Ken Starr who said the same thing. All those investigations because republicans lied and got away with it. Why should they change when republican voters don't care about facts. Every republican voter let their party get away with lying about the First Lady of the United States and murder. We learned a long time ago that they will never be Americans. They will always be republicans.
