You can easily find 100articles contradicting your claim. There is no doubt the banning of ddt killed many people, although I don’t know whose numbers are accurate. I actually discussed this with the world's leading expert on IPM, a friend and relative by marriage, many years ago, at our family Christmas. I don’t think we talked numbers. He was instrumental in finding alternatives. One of the most fascinating people I know.
