Thank you. I am not surprised that you found G responsive. I look at Zenyatta as family. We are at a very critical time with the unfolding saga called Zenyatta. The family dispute has to be solved on way or another. The best way is to sit down and talk this out. Unfortunately, that view has been unacceptable to those in control.

A few days back, Glorieux refereed to the Noront dispute some years ago. That squabble was over control and direction as well. Some people organized the ordinary retail investor to support Roger Nemis. I believe he was the CEO. The group working to unseat him was very influential with a lot of votes. But the organizing worked in that a deal was able to get done. It got done because Roger Nemis had the retail investor high on his priority list. He agreed to step down under certain conditions which favoured the retail investor. One has to respect him for this move. It has been a long time since this happened but I believe my facts are correct.

I have a lot of respect for AE and I have no trouble giving him credit for what he has accomplished. Attributed to him was a comment that he would step aside when being the CEO needed a change. Obviously, he does not see the need to change. I also get that. What I find troublesome is that he refuses to talk to a legally established group that has a right to a meeting. He gave them a meeting in a totally insulting manner unbecoming to my view of him as a person. Something is not right.

This attitude has put my investment in Zenyatta at jeopardy. I am one of many small investors that deserves better consideration than what he has shown. Everyone who backs him condones his abuse of power. They are at risk every bit as much as others like myself. All he needed to do with the last company NR is say something where he is going to get his financing. He said nothing. I give him credit that he did not attempt to BS us. Perhaps that may be coming. The simple fact is that the last attempt could not be considered as successful. I do not doubt that he can raise money, but at what terms? I am afraid that the easy money for AE has dried up.

AE should pull a " Roger Nemis " and have the courage and wisdom to negotiate. His supporters should be encouraging him to do that. It is folly to be a blind follower. It's your money. I challenged Glorieux with the financing. Where's AE's?
