That's not mostly about climate change (although the climate change part is near the beginning). I also don't think its as strong about climate change as it is about anything else he mentions.

I can''t say any specific point he raises on climate change is false, but borderline ad-hominem or about weather.

OTOH non-abusive ad-hominem that actually does address the interests and circumstances of .someone making a statement isn't an illegitimate response to an argument from authority. If your presented an argument from some expert X, then the proper response (to the the extent you have the ability and interest to respond) would be to deal with the argument. But if you presented "X says Y, and X is an expert so you should agree", then questioning X's motivation and interests is legitimate.

Still he's obviously stronger (at least in that clip) dealing with economic history than climate change arguments (which wouldn't surprise me, the former is more his focus)

What I couldn't find was anything not recent.
