Ellen: Please go back and read the complete text of the SEC trading halt order. I have spoken to people whose expertise I know is par excellent in matters of this kind. In addition I have on a number of past occassions had to file required financials for publicly traded companies as a principle of the company.

You may choose to take Lori's word that RMIL has complied with the actual requirements but keep in mind this is the same source that not long ago told you that RMIL was still operating a garment operation out of Hialeah factory site.

A word to the wise - Take information from it's source before you believe it. My opinions bring me no financial gain if I am right your source has two vested interests at this point. One to keep their hides from being nailed to the wall and the other to extend their game if they can while they cash in more chips at your expense.

All the best,

TLW

She said that per the NASD compliance dept. the filing must be one from within the past 18 months.

So according to that statement, if true, would make the 10K dated 3/27/97 a valid filing to satify compliance, correct? If so, no need for the latest 10K or 10Q except to satisfy shareholders (and others) who were told that they would be out before the end of '97.
