sure but why would they want to.... they want a system just like Putin has, where he is "elected" with 97% of the so-called vote, and is free to rape and pillage all industries and fuck over his citizens and kill anyone who dares to call him out on his crimes... and yet from some videos i've seen, the average Russian citizen still thinks highly of Putin... I guess as long as they got their vodka to put them to sleep at night, and Putin is pictured riding shirtless on a grizzly bear, then all is well
