I think you mean he couldn't care less.

But either way, you are wrong. Dr. Anil Diwan knows better than anyone how important the shareholders have been, and continue to be, to helping him achieve his goal, and he is likely very appreciative for us all.

If NNVC fails, Diwan fails.

Why the various and sundry entities?

For IP purposes and for tax purposes, IMHHO. And as the development progressed, pre NNVC days, there were other participants and fundings that needed attention, thus Allexcel and Theracour. In any amalgamation those must be considered. And may prove daunting.
